At Woodenware USA, we produce cabinet doors in a variety of materials and styles. Our goal is to create the exact cabinet finish, style, and frame to fit any and every need for our clients.

At Woodenware USA, we do all custom color matching in-house. This allows us to match cabinet colors that may not be commercially available elsewhere.

In addition to our in-house color matching capabilities, we offer a variety of standard colors and paint to meet any request.

Shaping

Our cabinet-shaping process is executed on two European CNC controlled shapers. These CNC machines allow us to meet the tolerances and specifications needed by each of our clients.

Sanding

All of our sanding processes are handled by an automatic wide-belt sander for consistent performance. Our wide-belt sander includes four heads for precision that is unmatched in the cabinet door industry.

Framing

At Woodenware USA, we offer a variety of face-framing options. These options include glued, tub-drilled, and fastened with screws. With these three options, our customers find the exact fit for their individual needs.
